After years of feeling like I had gotten too old to feel good about my body, I have shown I was wrong.  I honestly believed that with my 40's brought a self image I would never feel the same about again.

I was putting 30% effort in, and getting nowhere (of course) and felt defeated.  The 30 pounds I gained, felt like it may as well be 60.  I was giving up on myself, and in turn it was effecting my relationship with my husband. 

I am now at my old weight, and looking in the mirror doesn't mortify me anymore!  I can connect with my husband again, and feel good about myself in front of him.  As it turns out, I'm not too old to look and feel good!  If I can do this, anyone can!
