Milton Ideal Protein Weight Loss
Many of you have tried and tried again to lose weight, and through all your efforts just didn’t accomplish your goals. Several of my clients always made heathy food choices and continued to gain weight. Usually they are simply not eating enough! Let’s take a moment and break down one of the most common reasons this happens.
I’m sure you’ve heard the theory that salads and reducing your calories is the way to lose weight. This idea comes from old research in the 1960’s and isn’t necessarily accurate. The problem with this one theory is that when you only focus on caloric intake, often it leads to the loss of muscle, not necessarily body fat. Time moved on and research was updated to show that this theory creates muscle loss and when we lose muscle, we gain more bodyfat! Gasp!
With all the information online, it becomes difficult to know the difference between the good info and the bad, or the old vs. the new. Nutrition is a complicated science, so it's not necessarily you're fault if you've been trying to lose weight without getting the results.

The moral of the story is, forget your regret! There are strategies that work and strategies that don’t, and good for you if you have tried in the past! To be successful you just need to find the one strategy that works, and run with it.
